Consent to the processing of personal data

This Consent to the processing of personal data is an official document of Radiya Trading Corporation (Address: 3/2, Wapda Road, Savar, Dhaka - 1340, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) and determines the procedure for processing information received from visitors to the Site.

The Site Visitor is obliged to familiarize themselves with this Consent to the processing of personal data before communicating to the Administrator information related to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual.

This Consent to the processing of personal data may be changed by the Administrator unilaterally at any time without notifying the user of the Site.

If, when using the Site, the user communicates any information related to a directly or indirectly defined or determinable individual (hereinafter referred to as personal data), its subsequent processing will be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. With respect to all communicated personal data, the user gives the Administrator consent to their processing. The Administrator processes the user's personal data solely for the purpose of providing the user with the functionality of the Site, the content posted on it, marketing, advertising, and other information, for the purpose of receiving personalized (targeted) advertising by the user, researching and analyzing user data, as well as for the purpose of promoting its products and services to the user.  

The Administrator shall take all necessary measures to protect the personal data of the Site user, and shall provide access to such data only to those employees, contractors and agents of the Administrator who need this information to ensure the purposes of processing personal data by the Site Administrator. Disclosure of personal data provided by the user may only be made in accordance with the legislation of the Bangladesh. With respect to all personal data communicated to the Administrator by the user, the Administrator shall have the right to collect, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), use, distribute (including transfer to any third parties, including transfer of personal data to third parties for storage or in the case of entrusting the processing of personal data to third parties), depersonalize, block, destroy, cross-border transfer, process using the main methods of such processing (storage, recording on electronic media and their storage, compiling lists, marking) and other actions in accordance with Bangladeshi Law "On Personal Data".

The User understands and agrees that providing the Administrator with any information about himself that is not contact information and is not related to the purposes designated by the Site Administrator (not related to the activities of the Administrator, to the goods and/or services promoted by him, to the terms of cooperation between the Administrator and the Site user), and precisely providing information related to state, banking and/or commercial secrets, information about racial and/or national affiliation, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, intimate life of the Site user or another third party is prohibited.

When visiting the Site, the User is obliged to comply with the provisions of this Consent to the processing of personal data and the legislation of the Russian Federation, including:

  • In the event that the user decides to provide the Administrator with any information (any data), provide only reliable and up-to-date information. The User of the Site has no right to mislead the Administrator with respect to his identity, or to provide false or inaccurate information about himself;
  • Not to disclose to the Administrator in any way any information that is fully or partially related to state, commercial and/or banking secrets, facts and information about your personal life or the personal life of third parties, and not to disclose any other information, the provision of which is prohibited by these Terms of Use of the Site;
  • Not to communicate, transfer or provide the Administrator with any information (including data, objects, content, etc.) and links to such information if this may violate or lead to a violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation, violate the rights and interests of third parties. If the user has doubts about the legality of communicating any information to the Administrator via the Site, the user is obliged to refrain from performing this action;
  • Use the information received from the Administrator (including information transmitted by the Administrator via the Site) exclusively for personal purposes, and do not transfer such information to third parties without the direct consent of the Administrator.
